Lost Customer
A lost customer is a customer with whom a business negotiation or transaction was in progress, but no contract or purchase was ultimately concluded. For example, if a customer is offered a product but chooses another company’s product, he or she is a glost customer. It is important to deal with lost customers, and it is effective to continue to follow up with them so that they will do business with you again in the future.
