Inside Sales
Inside sales are sales activities conducted from within an office via telephone, e-mail, or the Internet, without going outside. Instead of meeting with potential customers in person, they interact remotely to introduce products and services and deepen relationships with customers. It is widely used especially in BtoB businesses because it improves sales efficiency and allows them to approach a large number of customers in a short time.
