Lead Customer
A lead customer is a customer who is interested in a product or service but has not yet made a purchase or signed a contract. For example, a “lead customer” is someone who has downloaded materials or made an inquiry on a website. Since these customers may purchase products in the future, it is important for companies to keep in touch with lead customers and nurture their interest.
