Step-by-Step Email
A step email is an email that is sent in stages at predetermined times. For example, when a user first registers as a member, product introductions and special offers are automatically sent every few days thereafter. The purpose of step emails is to provide information to users in a step-by-step manner, gradually drawing their interest and ultimately leading them to take action (purchase or inquiry).
